Please provide as much information as possible on the items you are attempting to source. Manufacturers SKU#, Quantity, Deadline for delivery, and what type of purchase. (Re-occurring, Competitive Bid, Capital Expenditure, Government contract Etc…) We will review the requirements and offer a procurement plan based on your needs.

On the off chance we are unable help, or if there are better options available. We will happily direct you to someone else, and make a warm introduction.

SAMPLE POLICY:

We will provide samples upon request on a case by case basis. We secure samples from manufacturers. Based on the size of the opportunity, the manufacturer may provide a sample free of charge. In the event we are charged for a sample, we pass that cost on. The cost of the sample will be deducted from the eventual purchase.

RETURNS:

In the event that you are not satisfied, we will accept items for return, provide an acceptable replacement, or work with the manufacturer to rectify defects. Commodity Corner does not charge a restocking fee. Any fee or charge will be disclosed on a case by case basis and passed on without mark up from the manufacturer inclusive of any shipping charge.
